Information for the Gaijin regidents in Tokyo
What prepares for the class : the payment￥3.000 and class hour 90 mins. No neccessary to carry your hoop in to a class. We regulary to prepare enough hoops for studensts. Prepare sneekers, towel, a bottle of water ( you sweat like a shower !) T-shirt and shorts are probably suitable for hooping. There is a shower room in each locker rooms at each location and also parking lot available.
About hoops : In our hoopdance class, we prepare some hoops which are the same as we sell at our webshop. The diameter range is nearly 95-105cm and bit heavier and thicker than child hoop.
When you attend the class and first you try to use one and if you are not comfortable with it, we can change it larger size depends on how tall or big you are. So don't worry you can use your perfect hoop !

Schedule : we have hoopdance biginner classes which are started from the biginner class 1 to 12. You learn a lot of tricks, moves and warm ups, you can even slim down. Then, at the next stage, the intermediate class is available for combination of tricks, smooth flows, movings, you will be performing sooo cool !
we also prepare for hoopfitness class. we have designed many skills for a diet hooping, now we call hoopfitness ! you will burn a fat and carolies with skills you learned thru lessons.
These are the information for first attendee as follows:The payment will be paid by cash at the class by drop in, no credit card. Class enrollment is non-refundable. Please advise us in advance.

Japan's very first Hoopexercise book and DVD set ￥1575 is now on sale ! at bookstores in Japan and amazon jp for a biginner's biginner and fad dietter. Learn how to hoop around your body and high energy hoopdance perfomance is also included in a DVD. also you can buy a set at our hoopdance class.
A book and dvd set is about hoopfitness which based on our hoopdance lessons Mario created on since we started it last year 2007.
Mario has been creating some hoop workouts for Japanese.
He originated with warming up included stretch, cool down and a detox massage after a lesson as we are therapists of Watto Po Thai traditional massage.
It mainly contains Part 1 is for warming up with stretch, Part 2 is for a biginner's biginner who can hardly hoop on the waist, you know a biginner. So it gives a first lesson to stand right position and how to push a hoop forward and back with a belly. nothing like WiiFit.
This part has been most interesting moves Mario created so far, Part 3 is for the certain moves with hoop rotating. such as walking and hand clapping simultaneously and 10 more moves to work out. Part 4 is for detox massage after exercise for an avoiding fatigue.
A DVD contains a same text and also hoopdance performance in short video. We will be releasing hoopdance DVD for the next.

Even though we are the very first bring hooping, hoopdance and the professional hooping classes to Japan, Mario and Justin are first men licensed as teachers of the HoopGirl SanFrancisico California.There was no other hoopers except us in Japan at that time.
Hula hoops has been a kid's toy for a long time since the mid 50's as the same situation as its wherever in this planet, and there is one more thing which is for the adult interest especially trend dietter who is always looking for a new diet material. But we wanted to spread over Japan and to teach hooping and the hoopdance so we did.
We finally came to the door-open our hoopdance beginner class on May 12th 2007 in Shinjuku Gyoen Tokyo. We got succesed our beautiful class, and had gorgeous students with a perfect groove in our HoopstoreTokyo debut ! (now we are HoopTokyo)
Then,we had started to look for our space for the hooping and hoopdance in this sort of barren land!
2008, April we have designed and started HoopExercise for everyone.
2008, July our hoopexercise book with DVD set was released and soldout.
