So many peps are going to Namaste India Festival at Yoyogi ko-en every year !This year, they expect that there will be participated 100000 people thru the festival being held. A guy at an Indian restaurant in my neighbor said there will be 7 curry restaurants available at the somehow peaceful area around the stage as you know if you've explored Yoyogi ko-en.
I am so starved to curry with nan and maybe some tandor chicken, ice creme, and more chai, lololol. One of my girlfriend owns a a curry shop, kinda stand like under Shimokitazawa station.
There is a very nice Indian guy cooks gorgeous curry and tandor chicken, especially they have a heavily look stove behind the counter for their original yummy nan ! He usually chats with his warm smile and a nice Indian accent Japanese, and to put some nans against the wall of stove alternately. Some sort of back and forth behind the counter as a 3 stars kitchen master.
I have no infomation to visit this hidden place at this moment ! Only one thing I can tell is that this counter restaurant is hidden under the Odakyu Shimokitazawa
station.

maybe here

the foreign buyers club will ship it to your house - you can buy online. This is within Japan so the shipping is not too high!
Or maybe here

Alishan. You can also buy online, they are in Saitama and ship to your house!!
I am not sure if either places sell it but often they have hard to get items available at their shop!
GOOD LUCK and hope to see you at the festivals ;)
